1.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple registrations from the same device, IP address, or bank or mobile banking account are confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, correct contact information, and date of birth where applicable. Incorrect information may delay or result in rejection of withdrawals.

Account Management
2.1 KYC Verification
As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Completing KYC may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
2.2 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 180 consecutive days. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — users will be notified by email in advance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum limits may be set depending on account level and verification status.

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur if KYC is pending or additional verification is required.
3.4 Source of Funds

Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 23bd will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means withdrawals will be permitted after wagering the bonus amount 10 times.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- Bonus funds and deposited money are tracked separately.
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
- Each promotion has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- If evidence of misuse of any promotion or artificial turnover generation is found, 23bd may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.3 VIP and Cashback
23bd has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase at higher levels. A weekly cashback of up to 0.2% applies at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. The terms of VIP cashback and the rules for advancing to higher levels will be announced separately.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Finality of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 23bd will make a decision in accordance with the relevant rules.
5.2 Displayed Odds
In sports betting, odds are variable and fluctuate according to the market. Payouts will be based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.
5.3 Event Cancellation
If any cricket match (including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC events) or any other event is officially cancelled or abandoned mid-way, the bet amount will generally be refunded — however, the specific rules may differ for each event.
5.4 Malfunctioning Games
If a game result becomes uncertain due to a software or network error, 23bd will make a decision based on the game provider's server logs. In the case of a confirmed error, the bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
5.5 Maximum Win Limit
A limit may be set on the maximum amount payable on a single bet or session. This limit will be stated in the details of the relevant game or event.
User Code of Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Artificially exploiting or abusing the bonus system.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to access or manipulate another user's account.
- Knowingly exploiting software errors or bugs without reporting them.
- Using automation, bots, or scripts to play unfairly.
- Harassing, insulting, or hostile behavior toward other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above rules are violated, 23bd may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, cancel suspicious bonuses and winnings, and notify the relevant authorities.
